In the field of modern industrial automated packaging—particularly concerning large-scale palletizers and rotary secondary packaging equipment—the complexity of mechanical structures is constantly increasing. The central section of such equipment typically requires a substantial open space to accommodate the installation of central support shafts, pneumatic and hydraulic lines, or even laser rangefinders. Addressing this specific niche, JINPAT has successfully developed and mass-produced the LPT250 series through-bore slip ring.

1. Freedom in Spatial Layout
The most distinctive feature of this model is its ultra-large through-bore diameter of 250mm. This design completely eliminates the mechanical design constraints typically imposed by traditional compact slip rings. Engineers can now position complex actuators directly within the center of the slip ring, thereby significantly reducing the overall physical footprint of the machine and enhancing both its compactness and structural stability.
2. Efficient Synergy of Power and Industrial Ethernet
When packaging machinery operates at high rotational speeds, it is essential to simultaneously address the challenges of power transmission and data communication. The LPT250 features the following integrated components:
6 Channels of 35A Power Rings: Specifically designed to drive high-power servo motors and heating modules.
4 Channels of 10A Signal Rings: Providing stable low-voltage circuits for various limit switches and sensors.
1 Set of Powerlink Signals: This represents the mainstream real-time synchronous industrial Ethernet protocol widely adopted in packaging machinery. JINPAT employs proprietary shielding technology to ensure extremely low jitter and packet loss rates during rotation, thereby enabling precise trajectory control for multi-axis coordinated movements.
3. Exceptional Protection and Durability
To mitigate potential interference from dust—a common issue in packaging environments—this product features a labyrinthine sealing structure, achieving an Ingress Protection (IP) rating of IP54. Even more exciting is that, through molecular-level modifications to the gold-on-gold contact materials, the designed service life has surpassed 50 million rotations. This nearly "maintenance-free" characteristic significantly reduces downtime and maintenance costs for end users, thereby enhancing the Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) of packaging production lines.
